Additional vaccines that
are optional but should be considered on an individual basis include the
following:

Coronavirus - for
puppies in some breeding environments or large kennels

Leptospirosis - for dogs
exposed to rodents and cattle

Giardia - for dogs
exposed to contaminated rivers, lakes, ponds, puddles, or other standing
water

Lymes - for dogs
frequently exposed to deer ticks
Please discuss these
additional vaccines with one of our staff if you feel your puppy may be at
risk.
This health plan is
offered pay-per-visit to meet individual pet and client needs.
If you choose to prepay
for the complete plan you save 10% and any additional exams are free until 6
months of age. Additional supplies, medicine, tests, treatments or foods
not listed above as well as the optional vaccines are excluded from the
prepay offer. If you choose the prepay option and do not use the full
package within the first year of your puppy’s life, the remaining balance is
not refundable or transferable.
There is no guarantee of success by adopting this plan.
However the Sunnyvale Veterinary Clinic staff believes this plan will help
maintain the health of your puppy at a fragile part of his or her life.
